What it actually does
A facial done properly is a sequence, not a scrub: a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation to lift dead surface cells, careful extractions where the skin needs them, then layered hydration to finish. Each step prepares the skin for the next, which is why the glow afterwards looks lit from within rather than simply polished.
It refreshes and hydrates — it does not resurface or lift. For pigment, scarring or laxity we will point you to the treatment that actually addresses it.
What to expect
A comfortable session of around an hour. Skin looks fresh and lightly dewy straight after, so it works on a workday or the day before an event. There is no peeling phase and nothing to hide.
Aftercare
SPF 50 in the morning, keep the skin simple for a day or two, and let the hydration settle in. If we did extractions, no picking — the skin closes on its own within hours.
